  1. What are the goals for transition course?

Analyzing my goals as a transition student I have to accomplish with my listening skills and my grammar.
Of course I have been doing a good job, but I don’t feel completely satisfied with me, until I know I could handle them well.
When I realized that I improved, I felt eager to go to the next step. For me it is marvelous to know that I can go to Kaplan Course and understand every single word applying to my career, but consequently I have to move to that course, because I can’t lose more time. Sometimes, in life you have to take some risk and I consider it is my time. Finally, I think I’m ready to start my own way to be successful, thanks to my transition course.

  2. My goals.
My most important goals are to be successful in this county .That is the reason why I want to learn English. The most important for me is the grammar, but we cannot forget the pronunciation. Another important aspect is the intonation. In this school the teachers give me all the tools to improve my English. If we put interest we can do. That is the key to be successful.

  4. My big goal now is to learn how to write in English. Also I would like to speak English everywhere. At this time I know how to speak but I want to know how to write. If I achieve these two goals I am going to feel proud of myself. Then I could help more my children. With my English that I speak now, I can help my family, but not too much. I think if I decide to live in this country I need to know their language. Even though you know how to speak, everybody needs to know how to write.

  5. There are different goals that I want to reach, for example: I would like to learn how to write clearly, it is really important to me because if I know how to write, it will be very helpful. Although I think interacting with people without making mistakes is going to be a better way to feel comfortable socially, therefore, if you learn the correct pronunciation and intonation, it’ll be much better. When speaking with people, they are going to understand clearly .Also it’s very important to understand different accents because we are around different cultures. Finally everything is very important; if you pay attention to all the things that you want to learn; it doesn’t matter if it is really boring, the most important is what you want to reach in your life.

  6. There are two main reasons that motivate me to learn English. These are: communication, and further my education. Coming from a country that speaks other languages, I have been obligated to learn English in order to interact with people that live here. I have understood that almost all we can do in this world whenever we go requires communication. It is needed in many different ways; sometimes verbal, sometimes through writing or reading. So, that’s one of the reasons I have been motivated to learn English. I addition to communicating, I’m learning English to further my education. I always dream to be a doctor. I have to get my GED first, then, go to college. But, in order to get it, English is needed. For these two main reasons, I have been motivated to learn English.

  7. There are many reasons to learn English. First, I feel that it is very valuable to learn English. For example, spending time in an English-speaking country is a really essential experience for the English-learners as well as the best way to study the language. However, I believe that there are many other strategies for learning English, which are useful enough. In addition, studying English gives you a variety of opportunities to improve speaking and listening skills. Secondly, providing that the learner is hard-working enough, they can learn English even in their own country. The English Language Schools provide their students with a wide range of opportunities to master the language. Furthermore, there are different methods to practice your skills such as watching English television, reading English books, magazines. The combination of some of these methods might be a really useful strategy.
In conclusion, there are many advantages of living in an English-speaking country as this is the best strategy to learn the language. Nevertheless, if the students are responsible and work hard, they can achieve success in studying English not only in a country where the language is widely spoken, but also in a country where English is a foreign language

  8. My principal reason to study English is first, because I leave in USA and we need to speak this language everywhere. Second, I have a daughter and I need go to schools meetings . Third, it is very important to understand English when I have an appointment because interpreters take a long time to come to the doctor’s office.
For me it is very important to speak , write, and read in English well because I know I can apply this knowledge , and my life will be much better, not only in US, but in my country, too. One day need I will go back to Mexico I would like to be able to teach in private schools.
